I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The West Kortright Centre (hereinafter referred to as WKC), its Employees, Agents, Officers, Board Members, Volunteers or any other person against loss or expense, including attorney fees, due to any bodily injury, personal injury or property damage which may result from any and all activities while participating in classes or any other activity sponsored by or conducted by WKC, or while visiting any facilities owned by, leased by, or controlled by WKC. It is understood and agreed that this Release of All Liabilities shall remain in force for not more than one year from the date of this Release. The release is recorded through a computer system, along with the date of agreement.
I am the person named above. I am 18 years of age. I am either the participant, or I am a parent/guardian acting on behalf of a child under 18 years of age.

Cancellation Policy:

Please consider carefully before signing up for one of our classes or purchasing for another person. Due to the small class size for in-person workshops, each participant makes an important contribution to the group dynamic and canceling within short notice can make it difficult to fill your spot. If you do need to cancel, please be aware of our policies:

Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the start date of a workshop in order to receive a refund.

Registration and material costs (if applicable) will be refunded, minus a non-refundable $25.00 registration fee. Although extremely rare, we reserve the right to cancel any class up to 48 hours beforehand for a full refund.
