I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The West Kortright Centre (hereinafter referred to as WKC), its Employees, Agents, Officers, Board Members, Volunteers or any other person against loss or expense, including attorney fees, due to any bodily injury, personal injury or property damage which may result from any and all activities while participating in classes or any other activity sponsored by or conducted by WKC, or while visiting any facilities owned by, leased by, or controlled by WKC. It is understood and agreed that this Release of All Liabilities shall remain in force for not more than one year from the date of this Release. The release is recorded through a computer system, along with the date of agreement.
I am the person named above. I am 18 years of age. I am either the participant, or I am a parent/guardian acting on behalf of a child under 18 years of age.

Cancellation Policy:

Please consider carefully before signing up for one of our classes or purchasing for another person. We run our workshops on a tight budget. Instructors and materials are budgeted for early in the year based on registration. If you have to cancel your registration, please be aware of our policies:

We have a strict no-refund cancellation policy for the workshops. Although extremely rare, we reserve the right to cancel any class up to 48 hours beforehand for a full refund.
