I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The West Kortright Centre (hereinafter referred to as WKC), its Employees, Agents, Officers, Board Members, Volunteers or any other person against loss or expense, including attorney fees, due to any bodily injury, personal injury or property damage which may result from any and all activities while participating in classes or any other activity sponsored by or conducted by WKC, or while visiting any facilities owned by, leased by, or controlled by WKC. It is understood and agreed that this Release of All Liabilities shall remain in force for not more than one year from the date of this Release. The release is recorded through a computer system, along with the date of agreement.

Cancellation Policy:
Please consider carefully before signing your child up for one of our classes or purchasing for another person. We run our summer theater workshops for children and youth on a tight budget. Instructors and materials are budgeted for early in the year based on registration. If you have to cancel your registration, please be aware of our policies:
We have a strict no-refund cancellation policy for the youth theater workshops. If the workshop is sold out and the cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the start date of the workshop, we will try to fill the spot with another participant. If we succeed, you will receive a refund minus a non-refundable $25 registration fee. Although extremely rare, we reserve the right to cancel any class up to 48 hours beforehand for a full refund.
